Seller reviewMy Wife and I would definitely recommend Tara as their agent for selling property in the Port Charlotte (Florida) area. Being out of state but owning property in Port Charlotte, we were not familiar with what to do. Tara walked us through the listing process and sent us the necessary forms, etc. to complete. She researched and investigated all the details needed for us to list our property, forms to sign, and gave regular updates of potential buyers. Mainly, Tara was able to market and sell our two properties at above what we expected.
